Kirby and the Forgotten Land is coming to the Switch next year

Nintendo has announced a new adventure for Kirby: Kirby and the Forgotten Land. This game will be released in the spring of 2022 and brings us the familiar gameplay you are used to from Kirby in a fully 3D world. Kirby is back to a fresh, fully 3D experience.

The news leaked out on the Japanese Nintendo website; the latest Kirby game is on its way. It is called Kirby and the Forgotten Land and will be released in Spring 2022 for Nintendo Switch. Everyone’s favorite pink down jacket returns, and now he explores the abandoned buildings, full of secrets.

Your cozy round pink friend is the protagonist in the new game Kirby and the Forgotten Land, which was announced during the Nintendo Direct from Thursday to Friday night. The announcement video shows Kirby walking through a 3D world and facing various challenges. There are moving obstacles, opponents, bombs, and a challenging landscape where no one else seems to be. It can also be seen that Kirby comes back the way I know him: in addition to being sweet and pink, he also brought his moves. He simply sucks up opponents that are three times as big as usual, dressing up parties are a big superpower party, and the characteristic flapping while flying should not be missed either.

It was not a big surprise since the game already leaked earlier last night. Nevertheless, a new Kirby adventure is always good news, so check out the trailer!
